Perhaps it’s because I bought it early into the cycle, but as of now I feel like I’ve been ripped off majorly by Apple, the global company that created my lovely iPod Touch. I guess I should back up and explain that I bought the smallest iPod Touch; the one with the smaller, 8GB hard drive. Yes, I did pick the smaller, cheaper iPod Touch, but I didn’t expect them to completely retire it six months later, and a few months after that release a 62GB version.
I was far from disappointed that my iPod was quickly discontinued and I had no prior idea that I could have bought the next best one in not that long of time. Not only did they release the new series of iPod Touches, they also unleashed the new iPad on the world. I could have bought an iPad! I was a little disappointed by it all, but I guess I can live with it for now.
